Refund Policy:
Wine Classes or Events
Refunds will be given to all participants if requested, in the event of a cancelled class, by Thru the Vines.
Cancellation policy for attendees is 48 hrs. prior to class for full refund. Otherwise classes are transferrable for attendance to another class within the same calendar year if requested before the event via communication . No shows with no communication prior are non refundable, unless special circumstances have occurred.
Gift Certificates, Gift Cards , Downloadable Products or Subscription services
These are NON refundable items
Gift Certificates may be eligible to transfer to another person, or service available within 30 days of purchase
Private Classes, Seminars, Team Building Events will require a non refundable deposit, with remaining payment due on the first day of event
Refunds
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
