For restaurants we offer professionally designed wine lists, hand picked from distribution companies, based on your specific area demographics. Enhance “by the glass” selections and boost your food menu pairings. We offer two-hour seminars covering an introduction to wine, proper wine service and up-selling techniques, including a Wine & Food Component class to help staff make better recommendations.
