ABOUT THE WINE:
• GRAPE: 100% Nebbiolo
• Very approachable but delicious Barolo. Fresh with velvetty tannin and red and black cherries, cigar box and floral (rose and violet) with a slightly ‘piney’ edge. Very satisfying
• Pairs with Braised or grilled red meats, strong italian cheeses and sallmi. Rich truffle risottos and American style BBQ, including short ribs and lamb.
