ABOUT THE WINE:

• GRAPE: 100% Gamay
• TASTE: Aromas and flavors of black raspberries, pomegranates and blueberries with a hint of violets, and cinnamon spice. Fresh and easy on the medium silky palate.
• Natural yeasts, NO sulfites used in winemaking; a Kermit Lynch Import
• Pairs with : Roasted Turkey, Grilled Chicken, smoked ham, burgers, pizza, grilled salmon, grilled mushrooms and charcuterie boards.

• Family winery for over 4 generations. Winery only changed names 3X since 1512!
• HVE Sustainable certification: no synthetic chemical inputs in vineyard!
• Low intervention with vines and in the cellar
