• Taste: Red and Black sour and sweet cherries with a bit of black plum and
 warm earth. Easy, fresh and smooth with a medium body and
 soft tannin

 burgers, pizza, roasted mushroom and meat stews.

• Founded in early 1900s, now 3rd generation of two brothers farming in Marche
