• GRAPE: 100% Nerello Mascalese
This wine is quite aromatic with violets,  red berries and cherries and some sweet basil all floating on a smoky minerality. Fresh and easy, with tannins that melt in your mouth.
• 100% Stainless steel fermented and aged with indigenous yeasts
• Pairs with pasta dishes with red sauces, with or without meat, salty, briny olives, cheeses, salumi, Mexican takeout or simple grilled chicken, burgers or spicy ribs!

• Bottled exclusively for INDIE WINE IMPORTS by one of his vineyard partners on the island of Sicily
• Sustainably farmed vineyards
• Polpo Rosso means red octopus, which is a species that is found around the island of Sicily (and therefore a local specialty)
