• lemons sorbet, pears, wet rocks with slight chalky texture  with clean, mouth-watering acidity and a lean
body.
• Fermented and aged in stainless steel on the lees for 6 months

About the Winery
• Owned by husband-and-wife team Celine and Frederic Gueguen. Winery started in 2013
• Farm vineyards that were passed down to them by parents in both families.
• Farm Sustainably with organic practices
