Everything that I do is about educating, whether it’s teaching or consulting. We look at the entire world of wine – the business end, the viniculture; viticulture and how everything works – not only how it tastes or smells.

Sumarrocca Cava

Sumarroca Cava Brut Nature  Gran Reserva
Penedes Spain

• Grapes: Chardonnay, Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada
Creamy fine bubbles with fresh apples, citrus, and toasty brioche notes
• From Penedes Spain (close to Barcelona)
• Made in Traditional Method (same way Champagne is made) with 36 months (qualifying it to put Gran Reserva
on the label) in the cellar on its lees, which makes it creamy and rich tasting. This is really an amazing Cava anddrinks a lot like a Champagne.• Brut Nature, (as opposed to just Brut) means there is no dosage added at the end.
• Just awarded a gold medal and Best Cava (out of 613!) by Vitis Mundi this Spring 2021.

• Four generations of Sumarroca Family purchased the property in 1999.
• Focused on making high quality wines, not mass market.
• Vineyards are Certified Organic.
• Private, curated tasting experiences available when you visit them
