About the Wine:
• Blend of Carménère /Malbec and Syrah (Proportions change every vintage)
• Black berries, plums, and chocolate, medium bodied, broad, smooth but fresh.
• Stainless steel fermented and aged 18 months (each variety separately) for 18 months in French Oak barrel
(small portion of it new)
About the Winery:
• Sustainably farmed vineyards are in the hills of the Elqui Valley in Northern coastal Chile:
• Cool breezes off the Pacific Ocean blowing in to cool night time temps to 40 degrees Fahrenheit, maintaining
freshness
• Owned by winemaker Steffan Jorgensen (from Denmark) and wife Pamela Nunez (Santiago Chile), both trained
