• Destemmed grapes and fermented in open top large stainless-steel tanks and further aged in
combination of used barrel and tank.

• One of the oldest family-owned wineries in Australia dating back to 1850. Always family involved they
had to sell years ago but have been re-purchased by the latest generation.
