Wine Blending Class Big Bold Red!

Wine Blending Class Big Bold Red! SeptemberSep 11 2024 06:00pm - 08:00pm7007 River Road Pike, Nashville, TN 37209, United States

Big Bold Reds are the fashion of the wine world, whether it is a Cabernet Sauvignon or a red blend such as Bordeaux. Did you know that most of the wines we buy are in fact blends, even if they have the variety of grape listed. Why do winemakers blend wines?  It all comes down to balance and taste. This is an educational and fun class to help you understand the nature of blending. Students will work in teams to create a Bordeaux Style Blend.  Teams will be created that night, based on number of attendees! There will be a prize for the winning team, and you all get to choose the winning wine!

Note that although there will not be individual pairings with this class,

there will be a lovely charcuterie board available to enjoy as you blend!
