• Fermented and aged in cement cuvees, bottled unfined and unfiltered.

About the Winery:
• Wine is a collaboration between Kermit Lynch and a Cooperative in Avignon France. Kermit blends the final wine.
• Vineyards belong to some of the best growers in the region and farmed sustainably.
