ABOUT THE WINE:
• GRAPE: 100% Nero d’Avola
Black cherries, black plums, wildberries and a some licorice. Medium+ bodied with softer tannin and fresh acidity. 
• Certified Organic grapes
• Pairs with Pastas with red, meat or mushroom sauces, sausage pizza, hambergers, grilled pork, or stronger cheese.

ABOUT THE WINERY:
• Tenuta Orestiadi is a winery, with many growers. Born out of need to come together because of the many devestating earthquakes in this region.  It is also a cultural institution ,  to promote central Sicily’s heritage; art, wine and culture.
• Organically certified vineyards with no added sulfites
