Great alternative to un oaked Chardonnay or Pinot grigio

ABOUT THE WINE:
• GRAPE: 100% Garganega
• Fresh and silky with pear, apple, lemon and slight almond notes on the finish.  Classic Soave!
• fermented started in stainless steel, and transferred to old barrique for 6-7 months ageing
• Pairs with cheeses, appetizers, salads, fish, seafood, chicken salad, sushi, traditional Thanksgiving turkey. Fettucini alfredo or pastas with cream/egg sauces

ABOUT THE WINERY:
• Brother and sister team now fourth generation producing wines from their vineyards passed down since early 1800’s
• Vineyards located in Classico zone on volcanic hillsides
• Low intervention in the vineyard, and winery.
