ABOUT THE WINE:

• GRAPE: 80% Sangiovese, 15% Canaiolo, 5% Trebbiano
Fresh with red and black cherries mingled with a dusty savory note, medium bodied with fresh acidity. Very pretty and easy Chianti style
• No oak, fermented and aged in concrete
• Pairs with pizza, pasta with red sauce, or pasta with a fresh roasted tomato and   onions , fresh basil and italian sausage. Burgers, cheese risotto and sharp cheeses with salumi.

• Historic 16th C Mansion and property which the Sonnino family have inhabited since the start of the 19th C,
