ABOUT THE WINE:
• GRAPE: 45% Corvina / 35% Rondinella / 15% Molinara / 5% Negrara-Pelara
• Fresh, silky and easy to drink, with sour cherries, red plums,  violets and classic slight bitter finish.      Unoaked and great with a chill!
• Hand harvested and fermented in stainless steel, no filtering or fining and very low SO2 added
• Pairs with grilled salmon or chicken, burgers and pasta  carbonara  or fresh pasta sauces, and margherita pizza

ABOUT THE WINERY:
• Umberto and Giuseppe Zanconte are the third generation of winery that started in early 1900s
• Practice sustainable viticulture
• Low intervention in vineyard and winery with traditional styles using modern equipment
