ABOUT THE WINE:
• GRAPES: 60% Garnacha/10% Rufete/30% Pineula
• Medium bodied with fresh ‘crunchy’ tannin, Spicy red strawberries and black cherries, plums, rosemary , lavender and minerality. 
• Fermented and aged in stainless steel and cement (no oak!)
• Pairs with anything charred! (grilled) as well as Mexican fare, sesame chicken, or lamb korma. Good with grilled salmon or chicken too.

ABOUT THE WINERY
• Two MW’s(Masters of Wine) paired up to bring old abandoned vineyards to life, and bring accessible and affordable wines to the market
• Sustainably farmed  vineyards with low intervention in the winery
• Only about 5k cases made
