• Medium bodied , juicy and fresh with black cherries and raspberries, plums and savory tea notes. 
• Certified Organic wine fermented and aged in cement tanks. Native yeasts
• Pairs with  meats, strong cheeses, salumi, Pizza and pasta with red sauces, Pork roasts and black beans and rice.
