• GRAPE: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
•  Aromas and Flavors of juicy Black and red Plums, red currant, mint and green pepper. Fresh and lighter with supple  tannin (and thankfully without oak chips! A fresher and l ighter approach to Cabernet Sauvignon.
• Developed by two Master Somms living in Australia to showcase the newer generation of great wines being made in Australia
• Pairs with Beef Tacos, Burgers, all things pork, BBQ, Black beans and rice.
