• GRAPE: 100% Lambrusco Salamino
• Bubbling over with Fresh raspberries, black berries and blueberries. Tart,rich, dry with soft bubbles,  well balanced and crowd pleasing! A great sparkling red!
• Certified Organic grapes 
• Pairs with rich dishes with red sauce with sausage, meaty pizza, mexican cuisine, beef stews, black bean chile and more. Best pizza wine! this is a sparkling wine, so serve well chilled!

• Cooperative in the Modena region, that formed by merging two historic coops, focused on quality grapes from small growers to showcase this amazing region.
• Organically certified vineyards 
• Original cooperative of Pioppa, originated in 1903.
