ABOUT THE WINE:
• GRAPE: 100% Chardonnay
• Fresh and clean with Green apples, lemons, pear skin and white grapefruit with a flinty mineral edge
• Sustainably farmed and Vegan and fermentation in Stainless steel to preserve freshness and fruit
• Pairs with: seafood and shellfish (oysters, shrimp, crab) salads, sushi, chicken sausages and cheeses

ABOUT THE WINERY:
• Louis and Catherine come from a long line of Chablisienne winemakers. They grew up as friends, and after travelling the world, they met again in Chablis and married
• Organically certified vineyards with no added sulfites
• Own parcels of land, both inherited and purchased in the northern part of Bourgogne: Chablis
