ABOUT THE WINE:
• GRAPE: 70% Grenache, 30% Syrah
• Fresh, full bodied with silky tannin. Black and red berries, damson plums and sweet spice with gravelly, edge.
• Sustainably farmed (undergoing Organic certification) Low intervention in vineyard and winery
• Pairs with: Grilled and Braised red meats, black beans and rice, Mushroom and truffle dishes, Rich tomatoe sauces, sausage and strong cheeses.

ABOUT THE WINERY:
• Now on the 5th generation, it is the oldest winery/vineyard in the village
•Currently undergoing Organic certification for reds. Whites are already certified Organic
• Vines are between 40-50 years old. The wines are made in a traditional way with a light hand, and no heavy oak influence
