• Clean, pure and crisp with citrus, melon and fresh minerality
• Fermented in stainless steel and 5 months on the lees (for added richness)
• Pairs with Goat cheese, greek salad with feta, seafood and shellfish

• La Croix Family have run this Domaine since 1932, but it goes back to the 18th C
• 3rd and 4th generation now in charge
