Portugal, like other European countries, has a slew of interesting indigenous wine varieties. But just because we don't recognize them, doesn't mean we shouldn't try them and learn about them right?
They often represent some of the best value for your money in the retail shop! We are going beyond the world famous Port here. We are talking about wines that rival Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay.
Come try some Portuguese wines from small farmers, that are available in our Nashville market.
We will learn a little bit about the history of this region, and discover some new favorites! Sylvia, Owner of Green Door Gourmet will pair all four wines with an amazing and organically inspired small plate.
